Our Mission

An Ode to the End is a project that records transmissions from the near and distant Future and releases them as song-length micro-podcasts. These echoes are received and captured by our skilled Receiver and Extractor. Fidelity and veracity are our top priorities. Our mission is to release these visions and art forms of the Future through micro-casts that can be delivered to our despondent comrades locked in the Past. Zak

Receiver, Writing, Vocals

Sole Receiver for the project, Zak is tasked with verifying and transcribing all incoming transmissions. This involves isolating the space, time, and identity of the source and ensuring this is logged correctly into our local spacetime node. All transmissions are received through a standard issue chrono-receiver implant and up to 75% fidelity is guaranteed. Zak resides in what is currently known as Columbus, OH.

Kevin

Extractor, Music, Sounds

Sole Extractor for the project, Kevin is tasked with recording and mastering all transmissions obtained by the Receiver. This involves interfacing with the Receiver’s implant at the base of the skull and converting the encrypted echoes into coherent sound. Sometimes languages cannot be converted directly and require manual translation assistance by the Receiver. The Extractor then polishes the preserved data and configures it for microcast distribution. Kevin resides in what is currently known as Columbus, OH.
